Sunday services

The focus of what we do is when we meet on Sundays to worship God, to pray together, and to learn from the Bible. Services are at 8:30, 10:30 and 6.15pm; see here for more information and here for a link to our term card of upcoming services.

Prayer meeting

One of the most important events in church life is our monthly prayer meeting, often on the second Wednesday of the month (but check the calendar or news sheet for each month's date). We meet from 7:45pm in the Guide Hut next to the church for an 8pm start, finished by 9pm; a different home group helps lead each week.

Digging Deeper

Digging Deeper is a monthly seminar and workshop designed to help us grow as Christians. We usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month and look at a particular aspect of the Christian life; recent topics have included 'The person and work of the Holy Spirit', 'The pattern of the whole Bible' and 'Finding the will of God'. If you would like to come, please sign up at the back of church or contact the office.

For those investigating Christianity

Christianity Explored is a six-week course about the basics of the Christian faith, ideal for those who want to look into Christianity. Courses run throughout the year; more information is available from Ben Vane or Christopher Hobbs. If you would prefer to be in a women’s group, please contact Margaret Hobbs 07825 346728 or the church office.

This video from Christianity Explored is a helpful summary of what Christians believe.
