An interview evening with ex-professional football Alan Comfort

Men's guest evening: Tuesday 25 June (7:45pm)

An evening BBQ in the Vicarage garden followed by an interview with ex-professional footballer Alan Comfort.

Alan began his career at Queens Park Rangers, turning professional in 1980. After spending four years at QPR, he signed for Cambridge United in 1984, moving onto Leyton Orient in early 1986. Alan spent three-and-a-half seasons with Orient, scoring 46 goals in 150 appearances. He them moved to Middlesbrough in 1989, where his career was cut short by a knee injury at the age of 25.
