The Annual Parochial Church Meeting ('APCM') will take place in the church immediately after the Sunday morning meeting.
The PCC is required to hold an APCM at which reports are shared, accounts approved, new members and officers are elected and questions may be asked about any area of the church’s ministry. Anyone is invited to ask questions before the meeting so the best use of the time can be made. Anyone may attend the annual meeting and raise questions; only those on the electoral roll may vote in any formal resolutions that might be made.
There will be an opportunity for questions as part of the meeting. It’s a real help to have questions before the meeting, both to save time in the meeting and allow for more thought through answers. Questions can be submitted here.
The PCC Annual Report and Financial Statement for year ending 31 December 2025 is available here.
If you have any questions about the accounts, please email Chris Goodlad, the PCC Treasurer on
Draft Minutes of last year's APCM (2025) can be found here.
The Electoral Roll is the parish church’s register of electors. Joining the Church Electoral Roll means that you can vote and stand for election at the APCM. It is also the method we use for people to commit themselves publicly to be part of the church family, a way for each of us to say: "I am committed to the church family at St Thomas - through prayer, regular attendance, giving, and seeking to use the gifts God has given me to serve the community of faith."
If you would like to join the Electoral Roll, then please contact the office on . If you're not yet ready to make this commitment, please keep joining us each Sunday - it's great to have you with us.
Every six years the Electoral Roll is refreshed allowing us all to renew our commitment to each other.
At the APCM elections take place for new PCC members, Deanery Synod representatives and Churchwardens.
Forms to nominate someone to stand for election are linked below (candidates need two people on the Electoral Roll to nominate them).
